Kayfoam is a division of Kaymed, a company at the forefront of sleep technology. Kaymed designs high quality beds and specialty sleep products, while Kayfoam manufactures the innovative materials which guarantee a perfect night's sleep.
Kayfoam was Ireland's first foam producer, and has become one of the global leaders in polyurethane and comfort cushioning technology, exporting filling materials to over 15 countries.
Our staff of leading industrial chemists and engineers manufacture and test Kayfoam polyurethane in our state of the art Dublin facility, which includes two labs. We place particular emphasis on specialty grade polyurethane, but also offer quality products to suit all levels in the market place. Kayfoam has received numerous international awards and certification for its innovative products.
